Job brief
We seek a skilled and driven Cybersecurity Sales Leader to spearhead revenue growth, expand market share, and establish lasting client relationships within the West African territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity sales, strategy development, and team leadership, with a focus on generating and surpassing revenue goals.
Location: Lagos, West Africa
Reports To: CEO/President
Work Mode: Physical (80%), Virtual (20%) – Preference for physical engagement.
Compensation:
Base Salary: ₦1.5M – ₦2.5M monthly take-home
Juicy Commission Plan

Experience & Qualifications:
Minimum 7+ years of proven sales experience in cybersecurity solutions and services.
First degree required; advanced degrees (e.g., Master’s) are a plus.
Professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, and relevant OEM credentials are highly advantageous.
Age range: 30–50 years.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve revenue targets through selling cybersecurity solutions and services across relevant OEMs.
Develop and execute a comprehensive Sales and Business Development Plan.
Lead proposal development and foster strong client relationships.
Build client advocates and deepen engagement across accounts.
Identify complementary products to expand the company’s portfolio within the territory.
Drive strategic planning and implementation efforts to achieve sales goals.
Executional Expectations:
Develop sales and marketing business plans, including industry-specific heatmaps and go-to-market strategies, to meet pipeline and revenue targets.
Create account and opportunity plans for key clients and transactions.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Presales, CTO, COO, and product managers, to ensure a unified team approach to support sales activities.
