George Agu is an experienced IT professional and an astute entrepreneur. Over the past 2 decades, he has operated at various levels in the IT industry, navigating the IT business in at least 4 African countries in roles such as Professional Services Manager, Sales Manager, Sales Director, and Managing Director, before ascending to his current role as the founder and CEO of ActivEdge Technologies.
George is an alumnus of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, where he studied Computer Science and Statistics. He has since advanced his studies through many professional courses and certifications in Information Systems Auditing, Information Security Management, Enterprise IT Governance, and Project Management, including Entrepreneurship and Fintech Acceleration Programs at The Wharton School.
Prior to founding ActivEdge Technologies in 2010 and commencing its business operations much later that year, George was the Managing Director, and Chief Executive Officer of Neptune Software, West Africa; where he achieved a remarkable feat by spearheading many successful projects in over six African countries.
As the CEO of ActivEdge Technologies, he has established the company in four African countries; with customers in the financial services, Oil and Gas, Telecoms, Manufacturing, and Public Sectors.
George is the Chairman of the Business Round Table of the African Bar Association (AFBA) and the Deputy President of the South-East – South-South Professionals of Nigeria. He is also a renowned fundraiser.

Aliu Temitope Balogun is a versatile and pragmatic IT professional with over a decade of cognate experience in Enterprise IT Solutions Design and Architecture; Application Development; System Integration; Business Process Automation; Data Warehousing and Analytics; Business Intelligence; Information System Security, Audit and Control; IT Training and Consultancy Services.
He holds a first degree in Computer Science from University of Ilorin, with a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from University of Ibadan. He is also a Certified Information System Auditor (CISA), among other professional certifications and trainings.
Aliu was previously Team Lead, Enterprise Data Warehouse & Analytics at UBA Group, Solutions Architect at ActivEdge Technologies and a Software Developer at Neptune Software Group, among other challenging roles where he left marks of excellence and innovation.
He is the Head, Digital Business and Innovation at ActivEdge Technologies, strategically responsible for driving sustainable innovation by leveraging emerging technologies to develop digital competencies, solutions and services that accelerate our customers’ business growth, future-proof their businesses and give them competitive advantage.

With over 20 years of experience in service delivery (Agile, DevOps, ITIL, risk management, and customer experience), Olawale is regarded as a self-professed digital transformation and GRC protagonist with a strong belief that organizations can be resilient in the face of global and market disruptions when they apply methodologies that allow for agility, adaptation, and versatility in a volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous environment.
Wale was previously COO at CreditSwitch Ltd. and also served in challenging roles at IBM, Wakanow, and Airtel, where he left marks of excellence and innovation. He is also a Certified GRC professional, among other professional certifications and training.
He is the Head of the GRC Division at ActivEdge Technologies, where he leads the initiative of leveraging GRC tools to help organizations operationalize their risk programs, ensure compliance, and increase productivity.

With over 14 years of experience in strategic HR management, recruitment, employee benefits, and learning & development strategies, Kenneth Ikechukwu Chukwuka is a seasoned Human resource professional who has worked with leading Telecoms, Consulting, and Fintech/Payments organizations. He holds a Master of Science (MSc) and Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Economics, as well as ACIPM & ACE Certifications.
Kenneth has a wealth of expertise in multiple HR disciplines such as policy & compliance, learning & development, recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. His impressive track record includes but not limited to a special commendation gotten as a result of compiling a well detailed job description manual for the whole positions in the telcom company where he worked and a successful recruitment & onboarding of over 800 employees (expatriate and local) which gained a significant improvement in employee engagement.
Kenneth has previously worked at Globacom, Unified Payments, and Digital Dialogue where he made lasting contributions through his excellence and innovative HR practices. Currently, as the Head of Human Resources at ActivEdge technologies, He is responsible for overseeing the HR function for the organization. He coordinates all HR activities, including talent acquisition and management, career management, learning and development, change management, performance management, policy implementation, and staff welfare. Kenneth is passionate and knowledgeable about HR, and he strives to deliver top-notch results in all his endeavors.

Aanu Olasumbo Kunle-Ajayi is our Chief Financial Officer. She is an Associate with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria with over a decade of post-qualification experience in financial management, financial accounting, taxation, and audit.
She possesses strong analytical skills, is highly trustworthy, discreet, detail-oriented, and efficient at multi-tasking.
Aanu was part of a team of professionals who set up an accounting system and functions for a multinational company and grew its turnover from N400 million to N11 billion in 3 years.
As a youth corper, she implemented a cost-saving drive, accounting for a 17% operational cost cut across the company over 11 months, which helped the company acquire the first-ever in vitro fertilization (IVF) machine in Nigeria.
She has attended various trainings in finance, accounting, IFRS, and taxation both in Nigeria and abroad.
Aanu loves reading and spending time with her family at her leisure.

David's educational background includes a BSc in Computer Science from Lagos State University, Lagos, and a Masters' Degree in Computing and Information Systems from John Moores University, Liverpool.

He was part of a renowned cybersecurity firm that pioneered the deployment of IT security solutions within the last decade in Nigeria.

Benjamin is a season Information Security Consultant with over 6 years experience in the implementation of Enterprise Security Solutions (IBM QRadar SIEM, AlienVault USM, NNT Change Tracker, Carbon Black defense, Tripwire Log Center, FortiGate Firewall).
Prior to joining ActivEdge Technologies, he was an information security Engineer and Information Security Analyst at Infoprive Ltd and AAA Bits Ltd respectively. At Infoprive Ltd, he implemented a lot of Enterprise Security Solutions, like Alienvault SIEM, Wazuh SIEM, Fortigate Firewall, NNT Change Tracker (FIM) just to mention a few. While at AAA Bits Consulting Ltd, he focused on the Implementation of Tripwire Log Center SIEM solution, AlienVault USM, as well as penetration testing of Web Application and Networks for various organizations.
At ActivEdge technologies Ltd, he heads the threat management unit and also implements and supports IBM QRadar SIEM, Logsign SIEM, IBM Resilient SOAR and other Enterprise Security Solutions for various organizations in Nigeria and other Africa countries. He also performs various cyber security awareness training to educate both the non-technical and technical staff about the current cyber security landscape, and how to prevent cyber attacks.

Chukwuemeka Omeje is the Digital Trust Unit Lead and a Senior Information Security Architect at ActivEdge Technologies Limited. He obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from the esteemed University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and has more than three years of experience in the cybersecurity industry. Chukwuemeka is highly skilled in various cybersecurity domains, including security architecture, risk management, identity and access management, endpoint security, and IT governance.
As a team leader, he adeptly manages a team of five members, creating strategies that guarantee the fulfillment of financial and process objectives while providing support to strategic clients and products. He is an exceptional technical advisor to the company, thanks to his extensive knowledge of different cybersecurity domains, such as identity and access management (IAM), patch and vulnerability management, endpoint security, privilege account management, and email security.
Chukwuemeka has successfully led numerous projects across a wide range of industries, such as banks, pension fund managers, and insurance companies, to name a few. He has an impeccable track record of delivering exceptional results.
