With over 20 years of experience in service delivery (Agile, DevOps, ITIL, risk management, and customer experience), Olawale is regarded as a self-professed digital transformation and GRC protagonist with a strong belief that organizations can be resilient in the face of global and market disruptions when they apply methodologies that allow for agility, adaptation, and versatility in a volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous environment.

Wale was previously COO at CreditSwitch Ltd. and also served in challenging roles at IBM, Wakanow, and Airtel, where he left marks of excellence and innovation. He is also a Certified GRC professional, among other professional certifications and training.

He is the Head of the GRC Division at ActivEdge Technologies, where he leads the initiative of leveraging GRC tools to help organizations operationalize their risk programs, ensure compliance, and increase productivity.
