Job Description
- Define and drive the vision, mission, and strategy of Enterprise Edge as a subsidiary of ActivEdge.
- Lead business development and sales of enterprise applications in Nigeria and West Africa.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with clients, vendors, regulators, and technology partners.
- Oversee P&L ownership – ensuring revenue growth, profitability, and sustainable performance.
- Establish governance and reporting systems aligned with ActivEdge Group strategy.
- Champion innovation and market expansion in enterprise application solutions.
- Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing management team.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Revenue Growth: $2.5M (Year 1), $3.5M (Year 2), $5M (Year 3).
- Profitability: Maintain EBITDA ≥ 40% consistently.
- Customer Acquisition: 5 clients (Year 1), 8 clients (Year 2), 15 clients (Year 3).
- Market Expansion: Enter at least 1 new West African country by Year 2.
- Strategic Partnerships: Secure ≥ 3 high-value partnerships annually.
- Sales Team Growth: Expand sales team to 3 members within 6 months.
- Client Retention: Maintain ≥ 90% contract renewal rate.
- Brand Visibility: Achieve industry recognition through ≥ 2 speaking engagements or media features annually.
