Associate Support Analyst

Overview of the Role

As a Support Analyst, you’ll have demonstrable experience working in an Application Support environment. empowering companies to succeed in their day-to-day usage of AET Enterprise Applications in a digital-focused, customer-driven world while also simplifying processes and operating more efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in project planning, preparation, and implementation of AET EA for clients
Provide 1st and 2nd support.
Identify, track and mitigate project risks and issues; coordinate response escalation; track and analyse incidents.
Manage project timelines and communicate status to all stakeholders, internal and external.
Conduct proof of concepts, training, and User Acceptance Testing’s
Actively participate in the sales process

Position Requirements
•⁠ ⁠Possess good customer service skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task
•⁠ ⁠Excellent technical, analytical, interpersonal and organization skills
•⁠ ⁠1 Year Experience.
•⁠ ⁠Strong verbal and written communication skills in English language to provide an exceptional customer service experience to end-users, application owners and external clients is essential
•⁠ ⁠Positive client service approach with a ‘Can do-will do’ proactive attitude
•⁠ ⁠Excellent logical and analytical problem-solving skills
•⁠ ⁠Strong Team Player
•⁠ ⁠Aptitude for learning new technologies/skills
•⁠ ⁠Experience in developing and / or operating of complex software
•⁠ ⁠Quick comprehension of unfamiliar business processes

Formal Education & Certification
BSc in Computing, Mathematics, Engineering and any science-related courses

Knowledge and Experience
Expert Knowledge of Database administration and database scripting; SQL
Software Programming Skill (Intermediate)
