Role Overview

At ActivEdge Technologies Limited, the Project Manager is at the heart of project delivery—responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects on time, within scope, and on budget. This role involves coordinating internal teams, managing external contractors, and ensuring every phase of the project lifecycle runs smoothly. You’ll also define project objectives, uphold quality standards, and drive results that align with both client expectations and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Account Management

Own the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, from initiation to closure, ensuring timelines, scope, and budgets are consistently met.

Build detailed project plans covering timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.

Collaborate across teams—including Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, GRC, Enterprise Applications, and Digital Innovation—to align on project goals and execution.

Monitor project budgets, track spending, and ensure resources are used cost-effectively.

Maintain high-quality deliverables that meet both internal standards and client expectations.

Proactively identify risks and issues, and act quickly to resolve them.

Lead stakeholder meetings, provide transparent progress updates, and keep all project documentation current.

Apply industry best practices and project management methodologies to continuously improve processes.

Cultivate a collaborative, motivated, and productive team culture.

Position Requirements

Formal Education & Certification

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are highly desirable.

Experience

5–7 years of hands-on project management experience.

A proven track record of successfully delivering projects from start to finish.

Knowledge & Skills

Solid understanding of project lifecycle, risk management, and resource planning.

Familiarity with IT environments and cross-functional team coordination.
